Volts To Float converter can already adjust the update frequency for this.

True, but that's not the point. When you take a look at peakmeters generated with SE, the visualisation is not really smooth. I can remember that all GUI elements are updated with the same maximum rate. Would be nice if this rate can be adjusted.

I fairly sure that GUI refresh rates are set by the host not the plugin. Any change would only affect projects in Synthedit not exported plugins.

Might be, but why are SE-peakmeters slower then in other plugins?

The standard meters are set to dB ppm and 20Hz and this is designed to have a slow response. You can change all these settings within the prefab for much quicker responses. I think you need to experiment and learn about what these settings mean then you'll soon be building snappier meters!
