Fully uninstall SynthEdit

I have run into a situation for which I must either:

1. Forget about using a VSTi that I'd like to use in Sonar X3 Producer under Windows 7 64-bit.

2. Uninstall SynthEdit, INCLUDING the safe removal of any registry keys it leaves behind, install the VSTi in question in Sonar, set Sonar to NOT scan VSTs and then reinstall SynthEdit.

I'd really prefer option 2, but again, I need to know how to safely remove those registry keys.

The SynthEdit uninstaller should delete everything except SynthEdit's settings. Using regedit search for the key SYNTHEDIT_X86_12, you will find a group of Registry settings under the name "CineStar". Usually under HKEY_CURRENT_USER/SOFTWARE. Delete them all. Search again and repeat for any other occurrences.
If you are using 64-bit SynthEdit, the key is SYNTHEDIT_X64_12.
